Establish a network of Eclectic pagan temples.
The primary goal I have is to establish in-person communities in Pennsylvania and eventually country-wide. They will be community-led to avoid consolidating power in a leader. There can be figures like druids in charge of record-keeping, legal documents, and leading group ritual as well as performing marriages, hower there power will be extremely limited. These temples will function as community centers for members to access at any time of day. The temple will have various amenities, some of which will be member use only, and others will be open for the public.
Amenities Will Include But Not Be Limited To:
- A Library/records(open to all during the day)
- A Feast Hall/Kitchen(Open to all during the day)
- Indoor and Outdoor Ritual Space(Open to all during the day)
- A Dormitory(Open to all)
- Outdoor Festival Space(Open to all during the day)
- The Treasury (Members Only)
- The Sanctuary(Open to all during the day)
- Welcome desk(Open to all during the day)
- Meditation Room(Open to all during the day)
I have clarified, “During the Day,” in the list above, in light of possible aggression from those who are discontented that pagans have rights. At night, the building will remain closed to non-members and accessible to members via key card at all hours. This will lessen the possibility of attacks on the building or the people inside. The only space I have listed as open to all period, is the dormitory. This organization’s other goal, besides giving an open floor for pagans and witches to meet, make friends, and practice in their own way, is charity and mutual aid. One of the ways The Eclectic Pagan Temple will achieve this is by providing those who have fallen on hard times a place to stay and providing them a path back to stability. For this reason, the dorms will be open to members and non-members alike.
